2008年6月8日では、本当に偶然にも関わらず、「やべっち寿司」の収録中に通りがかった。それは仕事を終えた私服姿の素の江頭だった。もちろんナインティナインはそれを弄り、江頭はカメラの存在に気づくも時既に遅く、スパッツも用意できず服も脱ぐことができず暴れられずで「撮るなよ！」と言う以外何もできなかった。更に滅多に弄られる事のない頭部の薄さを指摘されて、ただキレるしか出来なかった。その際にテロップに「芸能界一、普通でいるのが辛い男」と表示された。
